These terms apply when you book a room at Myriad Studios LDN, 3K-3L, Berol House, 25 Ashley Road, London N17 9LJ. Booking a session means you accept them.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through your account on this website. Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits.

Room hire starts at £80 an hour. Room 1 costs £100 an hour when four people are attending, because the set has to be rearranged to seat everyone. The price for your session is shown in full before you pay, and once a booking is made that price does not change, even if our rates do.

Tell us how many people are coming when you book. The room is prepared for that number, and turning up with more may mean we cannot seat or film everyone.

Cancelling a session

You can cancel an upcoming session yourself, at any time, from your account. What you get back depends on how much notice you give.

48 hours or more before the session starts: we refund 50 per cent of the fee and retain the rest.
Less than 48 hours before the session starts: the full fee is retained and nothing is refunded.

As an example, on a £160 booking, cancelling three days ahead returns £80 to you. Cancelling the morning of the session returns nothing.

We hold the room, the set and the equipment for you from the moment you book, and a session cancelled at short notice is very unlikely to be filled. That is what these terms reflect.

Refunds are returned to the card you paid with. Allow a few working days for your bank to process it. If you would rather move a session than cancel it, contact us before you cancel and we will tell you what is free.

For a repeating booking, cancelling one date cancels only that date. The same notice rules apply to each session separately.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel your session, for equipment failure, loss of access to the building or anything else on our side, you receive a full refund, or another session at a time that suits you. We will always contact you directly rather than leave you to find out.

Production bundles and extras

Bundle edits are delivered in three to four working days from the session. 24-hour delivery is an optional extra at £30 a session, which you can select when you book.

Some extras are priced on request. Where that is the case it is stated at the time of booking, the extra is not included in the total you pay, and we confirm the cost with you before any work starts.

Filming on location, interviews and event coverage are quoted per job and arranged with the studio rather than booked online. Those quotes carry their own delivery times, agreed in writing with the price.

Promotional codes

Promotional codes are issued by the studio and tied to your account. They cannot be transferred, sold or shared, and they have no cash value. Unless we say otherwise, one code applies to one booking, and a code can be used once per account.

A code may carry a minimum spend, a limited number of uses or an expiry date. We may withdraw a code at any time, though doing so never changes a booking already made with it. If a booking made with a code is cancelled in full, the code becomes available to you again.

Using the studio

Your session includes the time you booked. Please arrive ready to start, and note that the room is prepared between sessions, so time cannot be added at the end without another booking.

Please treat the sets and equipment with care. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests beyond normal use. Do not bring anything into the building that would be unsafe or unlawful.

You own the recordings made in your session. We may ask separately if we would like to use footage or stills of the studio for our own promotion, and you are free to say no.
