This website

Fonts and images are served from this site's own domain. The booking and account pages use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect account actions. We do not use advertising cookies or track your browsing for marketing.

The contact page shows a map from Google Maps. When you scroll to it, your browser loads the map directly from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details and handles them under its own privacy policy. We send Google nothing else about you.

Bookings

Myriad Studios manages room bookings directly. We store your name, email address, phone number, booking details and payment records to arrange your sessions, manage your account and provide customer support. Booking details include how many people are attending, any extras you choose and any promotional code you use, which we record against your account so a code cannot be passed around. Account passwords are stored as protected hashes. Authorised studio staff can view customer records and booking history. Room usage reports help us understand how the studio is used.

Our booking database is hosted by Hostinger. When online payment is available, Stripe processes your payment on its secure checkout page. We retain payment references and amounts, not your card number or security code. We keep booking and billing information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.

We email you about your bookings: a receipt when you send a request, a confirmation with a calendar invite, a reminder the day before your session and a note if a session is cancelled, as well as password reset links when you ask for one. These are sent through the studio's email provider, and the studio's own inbox receives the details of each booking so staff can prepare for your session. We do not send marketing email.

Getting in touch

If you call, email or message us, we use the details you give us to reply and to arrange the work you ask about. We keep that correspondence for as long as we need it to run the studio and meet our legal obligations, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email myriadstudiosldn@gmail.com and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
